About Mt. Zion
Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church is located in Thomasville, NC. We are passionate about loving people with the heart of Jesus and seeing those far from God raised to life in Christ. To learn more about our beliefs, values and leadership, click the button below.
Pastor Luke has been at Mt. Zion since 2007. He is a husband to the love of his life, and a father to three amazing daughters! In April of 2018, he transitioned into the role of Lead Pastor and is passionate about making disciples and seeing others take their next steps in Christ.
Our Traditional Worship Service is primarily piano led and includes an assortment of hymns and worship choruses. This service typically runs around 55 minutes.
Sunday at 10:30am
Our Modern Worship Service is guitar and band led and features an assortment of popular worship songs written more recently. This service typically runs around 60 minutes.

Upon entering the building, be sure to stop by our Café and grab a cup of coffee or snack before heading into the Worship Center.
If you’re looking for directions to a specific area, stop by our Guest Services Desk, where you will find friendly people who would love to meet you, answer your questions, and guide you in the right direction.

For Your Family
We are all about reaching the next generation! That’s why we’ve created environments and experiences that your kids will love. No matter the age, there is a place for your family here at Mt. Zion.
Every Sunday, babies through 5th grade kids experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. MZ Kids meets during both our Traditional (9am) and Modern (10:30am) Worship Services.
Student Ministry for 6th through 12th grade is available during the Traditional (9am) Worship Service. Middle School Guys, Middle School Girls, and High School all meet in their own classes. Students that attend during the 10:30am worship hour attend the Modern Worship Service.
