New to Mt. Zion?

If it’s your first time at Mt. Zion, you are our honored guest. We realize that no two churches are exactly the same, so here are a few frequently asked questions to help you feel right at home.

Our Good Friday service should last around an hour and will include music, a message and communion.

Easter Sunday services will last about an hour. We will start by singing, then hear a message from our Lead Pastor, Luke Jackson. At the end of the gathering, we will create space to respond to what we’ve heard by singing.

Most people dress casually, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Our Good Friday service will primarily feature guitar and piano along with several vocalists. Due to the reflective nature of this service, it will be a more subdued style of worship.

Our Easter Sunday services will feature two styles – Traditional at 8am and Modern at 9:30am and 11:00am. The 8am Traditional Service will feature piano-led worship choruses and hymns. Our 9:30am and 11:00am Modern Service will embrace a more guitar-led style of worship, led by our Modern Worship Team. It will be energetic, enthusiastic, celebratory and exciting.
